Sagarika Ghatge Finally Reveals How Zaheer Khan Proposed To Her And He Seems Like A Total Romantic
We all were in for a surprise when Zaheer Khan shared the news of his engagement with his lady love Sagarika Ghatge, the pretty Chak De India actress. They make a lovely couple and we are very happy for them.
Since a long time, there were rumors about Sagarika and Zaheer dating each other; finally, the cricketer gave an official confirmation of the same by posting a picture on Twitter.

It all started when Zaheer met beautiful Sagarika via a common friend. They both liked each other’s company and meetings became often. Something clicked between them during their first meeting and it never became their last meeting. They became good friends and started going out together.
And now comes the interesting part, Sagarika opens up about how Zaheer Khan planned everything without telling anyone and proposed to her in the most romantic way.
She was quoted saying that,
“We went to Goa for a holiday. It was just the two of us there and I had no idea that he is going to propose. It was a complete surprise.”
Surprises are always so much more romantic! Sagarika also added that they would have a proper engagement with friends and family after the IPL season.
People were speculating their relationship since they were spotted together at Yuvraj Singh’s wedding and Sagarika says,
Yes, the actress further added the real reason why did they never confirmed their relationship status and was quoted saying that,
“Everyone kept asking us about our relationship. Now that engagement is done, why not share it with everyone? This is very important for us. It is always better for this to come from us than from anybody else.”
Zaheer Khan is leading Delhi Daredevils in the ongoing tenth season of Indian Premier League and Sagarika said that they will think about their wedding plans only after the tournament gets over.
“We will probably plan everything after the IPL because it is too soon right now and we are in the middle of the IPL season. It would be wrong to even discuss it right now.”
