Pakistan Consulate In Dubai Extends A Passport To February 31st, Gets Brutally Trolled On Twitter

Now, when coming to the deeds of our neighbouring country, let it be the cricket, speeches by their politicians or the governmental activities, everything turns out quite funny at the end.

Pakistan this time came to limelight after committing a silly mistake at the International arena, which even a primary school kid can’t commit. The incident occurred at Pakistan Consulate in Dubai.

Coming to the story, a photograph of a Pakistani passport is now going viral on social media, the issue is not about the fake passport or any criminal suspicious activity, Pakistan this time took a move forward creating their own calendar that too specifically for one passport.

In order to do something better, the Passport officers somehow extended the passport of a passenger to one more month from January 31st, which they patterned as February 31st, may be the doom day as February actually ends with 28th.

The page read “Passport has been extended for travel to Pakistan only”. The dates have been filled up by hand, and though in a conversation such mistakes can be committed, the fact that it has happened on such an important official document has Twitterati in splits right from the beginning.

This photograph of the passport with the stamp error has taken the social media space by storm, with people widely sharing it across platforms. Few users were found sharing the photo by taking a jibe at the neighbouring country saying when it can’t manage a few dates from a calendar how do they expect to manage Kashmir from India.
