Vangaveeti the most awaited biopic film directed by Ram Gopal Varma released today after facing multiple controversies. The film received a mixed response from the audience. The film script is Written by Chaitanya Prasad and Radha Krishna. The movie is bankrolled by Dasari Kiran Kumar under Ramadhutha Creations Banner.

After facing a lot of controversies RGV managed to promote the movie in his own style. There are mixed responses from the public after watching the film. The movie ended up as a documentary of a series of gory murders rather than presenting then society and core issues to the audience.  The movie starts with the murder of Communist Party of India, secretary for Vijayawada, Chalasani Venkata Rathnam and concludes with the death of Vangaveeti Mohana Ranga.
