Lokesh 18-Month-Old Son Devansh Is Richer Than His Grandfather CM Chandra Babu Naidu
Nara Lokesh, son of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday declared his family’s assets. This is the only political family that has announced their assets and liabilities for the sixth consecutive year in the country.
It wouldn’t be wrong to say that AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s grandson Devansh is richer than the CM himself. You will be shocked after knowing the assets of this 18 months old kid.

The information about Devansh’s assets was recently revealed by his father Nara Lokesh. According to the information revealed by Devansh’s father, an asset worth Rs. 9.17 crore was transferred to Devansh by his grandmother Bhuvaneswari and maternal grandfather. Also, film actor Balakrishna had gifted a fixed deposit of Rs. 2.4 crore to him.
As per the declaration, the grandson has properties worth Rs. 14 crore, including a house worth Rs. 9.17 crore in posh Jubilee Hills of Hyderabad apart from fixed deposit worth Rs. 2.40 crore and the cash balance of Rs. 2.31 crore.
“We do not have any Benami accounts or firms. We are content with what we have,” said Lokesh.
Chandrababu Naidu and his family members together own assets worth Rs 74 crore. Naidu’s assets are worth Rs 3.73 crore, including a house in posh Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad worth Rs 3.68 crore. He also has a bank loan due of Rs 3.06 crore, thus leaving him with net assets of Rs 67 lakh against Rs 42 lakh declared last year.
Further, Lokesh claimed that his mother Bhuvaneshwari owns assets worth Rs 38.66 crore. Lokesh owns total assets worth Rs 14.50 crore and liabilities to a tune of Rs 6.35 crore. This leaves Lokesh’s net worth at Rs 8.15 crore. His wife Brahmani owns assets, including land and jewelry , worth Rs 5.38 crore.
Finally, Lokesh rubbished allegations that his family is not declaring the entire assets and said if the charge was proved, he would immediately transfer the said assets to the person who proved the allegation.
