South Indian actress Regina Cassandra is ready to make her Bollywood debut with the Amitabh Bachchan starrer Aankhen 2 (Aankhein 2). She attended the film launch event in Mumbai last week and had a risque moment. She was in a black sheer lace gown, with a leotard underneath.

Unfortunately, while performing during the launch of the film, the actress reportedly suffered a wardrobe malfunction, and it has shocked her fans and well wishers. But she didn’t let that affect her and continued with the show. Pictures soon went viral on the Internet. This isn’t the first time that an actress/ model has made headlines for wardrobe malfunction.

The actress opened up to Mumbai Mirror post the incident, terming the wardrobe malfunction as a “terrible mishap”. She said: “I definitely didn’t want my debut to unfold in this way. It was a terrible mishap. I got off the stage with ‘OMG! What just happened?’ The entire team was extremely supportive and I told myself ‘It’s okay’ and have moved on.”

Apart from the sequel to Aankhen, Regina has a couple of South projects. She revealed to the daily, “I have three Tamil and one Telugu release lined up. I am now going to shuttle between Kochi, Madurai and Hyderabad. I am constantly on the move.”
