Former Indian Cricketer Mohammad Kaif was a player who came to limelight when he captained for India’s Under-19 team. Yuvraj Singh is also one of the players in the team. Yes, it is an interesting mathematical question shot to Mohammad Kaif.

The question reads:

Yuvraj hits the ball and runs towards the non-striker’s end. At the same time, Kaif starts running towards the striking end. After crossing each other, Yuvraj takes 3.2 secs while Kaif takes 1.8 secs to reach the other ends. Find the ratio of their speeds and the time taken by them cross each other from the moment they started running.

As Yuvraj Singh’s name was mentioned in the question, Kaif thought of asking the same question to Yuvraj. Thus, he took to micro-blogging site Twitter to share the question.

Mohammad Kaif was seen in peak during the 2002 NatWest series in England where he scored unbeaten 87 in the final match to win the trophy. Kaif was known for his wonderful fielding. Yuvraj and Kaif are strong fielders in the Indian side. Mohammad Kaif is currently working with Chhattisgarh Ranji team.

We have to wait and see that Yuvraj Singh would answer the question or finds any help from his teammates. Twitterati was eager to answer the question and few had fun posting their views.
