The story started from his childhood days, his stint with the army, his attempt to commit suicide once, his post-army struggles within and outside, his rural transformation experiences starting with Ralegan-Siddhi, his ‘India Against Corruption’ movement culminating in several laws like RTI and Lokpal legislations.

The movie shows Anna Native place Ralegan Siddhi in Ahmednagar district. Anna Hazare Childhood days, Army days, his return to home and fight against Corruption captured brilliantly. Production values are good. Shashank Udapurkar portrayed Anna character well. Actors like Tanishaa Mukerji, Govind Namdeo, Rajit Kapur, Sharat Saxena, Kishor Kadamare has done justice to their roles.

Hazare famously fell out with the earnest activist Arvind Kejriwal over the formation of AAP. Kejriwal does not feature anywhere in the 141-minute film, nor does anybody from the India Against Corruption movement. Especially Background Music adds value to the Essence of the story.
