Huawei Launches Its Latest Flagship P9 In India, Reinvents The Experience Of Smartphone Photography
Huawei has launched the P9 smartphone in India. Priced at Rs. 39,999, the Huawei P9 is a flagship phone with a bit more to offer than most in terms of camera performance. Actors Sushmita Sen and Boman Irani were spotted together at a product launch in the National Capital.
Engineered in collaboration with German imaging pioneer Leica, the P9 has two 12MP sensors, with one being RGB and another monochrome. Video quality is decent as well, but the ability to shoot 4K video is sorely missed.
The phone can take monochrome photos using one of the sensors and color photos by combining the output from both the sensors. The front of the phone has the 5.2-inch screen that curves ever-so-slightly off the edges resulting in a rounded feel.

Huawei P9 has An extraordinary camera
The P9’s dual-lens camera takes smartphone photography to the next level, allowing people to capture both vivid colours and black and white images.
Each picture taken by the Huawei P9 carries the unique emotional resonance and timelessness that are the hallmarks of Leica, as users may choose between three film modes: Standard, Vivid Colors and Smooth Colors, depending on their personal preferences.
The company is also touting a VIP service with 2-year warranty, 3-month screen replacement warranty, and a pickup and drop service.
The Huawei P9 is a good phone with great looks and an excellent camera. If a good camera is important to you, the Huawei P9 is certainly worth considering.
