Most of us know how frustrating the bureaucratic work in India is. Dealing with Government employees is like running a damn triathlon. Many of them are seen stuck to breaks and once in a while, they take a break. In one word, we can say it as they are married to breaks.

In a recent incident that took place in Delhi, a government employee in the hospital was caught watching films on the computer in the office while office hours. He was caught red-handed by Deputy CM Manish Sisodia who was on a surprise visit to check the hospital premises on Wednesday.

The apathy and indifferent attitude of the medical staff have been in news time again and don’t come as a shock to us anymore.

The employee at the facility was busy watching a movie, while a long queue of patients waiting for their turn. Manish Sisodia quietly walked into his room and tapped him on his shoulder. See What happened after Sisodia taps the employee on his shoulder while watching the movie.
