Congress blamed BJP saying that BJP is avoiding questions on bank scams by “misusing” the government agencies and all this is being done to target Robert Vadra.
Regarding this Congress spokesperson Priyanka Chaturvedi declared that the land deal which was made by Vadra’s company was a very clear cut deal and the deal followed all the official rules and even the complete taxes were paid to the authorities as well.
Priyanka Chaturvedi further added to her conservation that Skylite Hospitality on selling the land had paid capital against the government but the government agencies were demanding the profit as business income being pressurized by BJP.

Regarding this one of our sources said that the government agencies are not only targeting Vadra but in order to avoid answering questions regarding protecting the ‘4Ms’ — Lalit Modi, Nirav Modi, Mehul Choksi and Vijay Mallya they are raising the issue of Skylite Hospitality as well.
“The Income Tax department and the ED have become allies. This is the political reality. And this is the hate story of the BJP. When there is nothing left, it always goes after Vadra. That is the story.”, says Tom Vadakkan, one of the other Congress spokesperson.

Priyanka Chaturvedi said that Skylite Hospitality had already paid Rs 3 crore under protest and has filed an appeal against the Income Tax order to pay more tax.

“The same agency comes up with a report almost every four years. In 2013, the report had said India was the fourth most unsafe country in the world for women. At that time, we were in power and Narendra Modi himself had tweeted: ‘India is considered 4th most dangerous country for women. When will she feel safe? When will this nation become a symbol of positivity’,” the Congress leader said.

Blaming Modi’s government Priyanka Chaturvedi further added that under Modi’s rule India has become an unsafe country for women, she even claimed relating a report that Modi used to attack the UPA government as well. And as of now India has been declared the most unsafe country in the world for women , so regarding this Chaturvedi said that she would wish to ask the prime minister and his spokesperson that India being declared the most unsafe country in the world for women will be considered as a symbol of positivity for the women of the country?. Priyanka Chaturvedi further added that she even wants to ask prime minister Narendra Modi that when will he take a stand and speak up regarding the rising crimes against women in his government and will make India a crime free and a country where women will find themselves safe.
