On Wednesday, a 17-year-old boy was arrested for uploading a video of him kissing and hugging a 19-year-old girl on a social media platform, the boy was released from jail on a bail afterward.

The local police said that the 19-year-old girl lodged a complaint against the boy and did not mention how old he was, although his name was mentioned in the complaint.

He has been charged with sexual harassment and relevant sections of the IT Act.

The police found out that the boy was still 17-years-old so they brought him to a juvenile court, which granted him bail.

The girl said that she was close to the boy, she added that the boy even proposed to her and asked her to marry him. After rejecting her proposal, the boy uploaded the video, she said it was taken on August 18, 2018.

The 19-year-old girl added that she had stomachache on the day the incident happened and went home from her college and on her way home, she met the boy who brought her to his house and gave her a pill.

The 19-year-old girl said that the boy started to take videos once she took the pill, and added that he even kissed her and hugged her.
