Police Report: 4 family members which include 2 young girls, were burnt to death inside their home at the district of Hooghly, West Bengal. The incident happened on Thursday.

The exact cause of the fire is still to be known.

42-year-old Surat Ali, 36-year-old Rajina Bibi, 13-year-old Arfin Yasmin, and 6-year-old Asiyana Khatun were trapped inside their house when the fire broke out.

The police said that 42-year-old Surat Ali had mental health issues and think that he had to do something with the incident.

The police said, “Till the source of fire is identified and other details are clarified, it is difficult to ascertain the exact sequence of events.”
