Daughter of a migrant labourer, 5 year old was raped by unidentified men in Dasuya town in Hoshiarpur district, police said.

The girl was admitted in a nearby hospital, Dasuya from where she was refered to PGIMER, located in chandigarh, because of her critical health situation on monday night.

Police also said the girl went missing from her house when there was a powercut around 9-10 pm. Family members have loged a complaint (missing report) with the police station nearby(Dasuya police station). On the next day that is on Tuesday a passer-by noticed the girl lying unconscious state near a railway track. the girl was found with few blood stains in and around.

Senior Medical officer at civil hospital confirmed gang rape and said the girl suffered both internal and external wonds.

a case was registered at Dasuya police station under relevant provisions of the POCSO act and the IPC, Police said.

The system in India should change and should have a strict punishment which creates fear in someones mind who think to do such very  bad things ..
