Rajni Politely Rejected Aamir Offer:

Superstar Rajinikanth reportedly turned down Aamir Khan’s request to dub for his character in Tamil for the dubbed version of upcoming wrestling drama Dangal, a source said. Perhaps, he’s too busy with 2.0, a sequel to Enthiran (2010), and also might have thought his voice wouldn’t suit Aamir!

“Aamir had screened the film for Rajinikanth sir and also requested him to dub for his character for the Tamil version of Dangal. Although moved by the film, Rajini sir politely turned down the offer,” a source close to Rajinikanth.

Dangal features Aamir in the role of a wrestler and has been directed by Nitesh Tiwari. Dangal inspired from the life of Mahavir Phogat who taught his daughters wrestling to represent their country. Besides Aamir, it also features Fatima Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra in the lead.

Dangal is releasing in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu across India on December 23. And well, looks like Aamir will have to get someone else to dub his voice in Tamil!
