These days, we have come across many incidents and news regarding racism and comments. This has become quite common in any country. Recently, a woman at a US department store allegedly made a racist rant against an Indian employee and the video is now going viral on social media.

On Sunday, an unidentified woman went on a racist rant against an Indian cashier in a departmental store in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The whole incident was captured on camera by Simoni Lovano, 27.

Simoni Lovano said he recorded the video Sunday at the department store. In the video, a woman can be heard making bigoted comments against an Indian employee and a Latino family, who she assumes are of Indian descent, Lovano was quoted.

The Latino family was paying with the help of coupons, the Indian cashier was helping them through the process. The American woman thought that the Latino family was Indian and got furious. “Send them back to their own f**king country,” the unidentified woman can be heard saying in the video.

The people at the store tried to tell her that the family is not of Indian descent but she was out of control. Everyone in the store looked intimidated by all the screaming and racist bigotry comments.

Lovano said he felt guilty for not standing up for the family at the time. He said he is glad he captured the incident on video, however, because “this is something that is happening right here in New Brunswick, New Jersey, a very diverse area.”
