Here is a heart-touching gesture of treating people with respect where a top-ranked cop in Bengaluru was seen saluting a schoolboy, in a response to the salute. This interesting incident took place in Bengaluru making rounds on the internet now by going viral.
This candid moment was caught on camera. The top cop, T Suneel Kumar was seen leaving the Bengaluru’s Mallya hospital accompanied by his colleagues stopped and promptly returned the young guy’s gesture with a salute.
This gesture from the top cop is getting a lot of applauds from all over the internet. The video where the cop has saluted the guy is going viral and being shared widely on Facebook by Bengaluru City Police on Friday. So far, the post has received 1,500 shares and over 80,000 views. The police officer’s show of respect for the young child has won praise online.
The post on Facebook reads, “A respect given by a uniform to a uniform shows the value of discipline.”
“Great officer. Although ur (sic) in a dignified position, ur (sic) salute to a citizen(boy) has made me speechless. Hats off to u Sir (Sic),” wrote a person.
“That’s really what we would love to see in our city… Respect for each other,” wrote a third.
“Lots of respect to sir n yes a salute from my side too.. Extremely humble person n shows in his action too,” another wrote.
T Suneel Kumar took charge as Bengaluru City Police Commissioner last year in August. He took over the charges from Praveen Sood, who was transferred out to another city within just seven months after taking over the job.
