BSNL Offers Free Local And STD Calls For 3 Months At Just Rs. 439
Reliance swept the mobile telecom industry with its whole new world of Reliance Jio and its exciting unlimited free offers. After Reliance JIO announcing its unlimited voice calls other mobile network providers came up with a couple of offers to attract the customers.
As a part of promotion and survival to existence in the competitive world, BSNL comes up with a new free unlimited calling plan. This time BSNL offering Unlimited free calls for three months at a one time charge.
Free Voice Calls For One Month:
The state-owned BSNL has come out with a pre-paid scheme under which new subscribers can make 30 minutes of free voice calls local and STD daily to any other network for a month, for Rs 149.
Free Voice Calls For Three Months:
Customers will also have an option to get similar free unlimited calls for three months by paying a lumpsum amount of Rs 439, a BSNL statement said. In addition, customers will get 300 MB of data as part of the offer.
“BSNL has always been a front-runner in providing better and economical services to all their customers and this is one of the many such endeavors. Customers are coming forward to get our service which has helped our company increase our market share by 1 percent since March 2015 even in these hyper-competitive telecom services,” BSNL Chairman and Managing Director Anupam Shrivastava said.
“This promotional offer is on a pan-India basis from January 24, for all new customers and customers of other operators who want to port out their number and join BSNL under mobile number portability,” BSNL CMD Anupam Shrivastava added.
As a fair usage policy, the calls to other network is limited to half an hour per day, and consumers can purchase the plan from channel partners, retail distributors, and customer service centers, across the country.
