Caught On Camera: Teen Arrested For Attempting A Dangerous WWE Move Called RKO On His Principal

A student in the US was arrested after he tried to RKO his principal, the WWE move is performed by Randy Orton, a future hall of famer in the sport.

Gianny Sosa, an 18-year-old student at the Southridge Senior High School was arrested for attacking his principal.

18-year-old Sosa did the RKO on Principal Humberto Miret at a hallway in their school.

The incident was caught on camera and in the surveillance cameras of the school.

After the student was released from prison, he said, “What I did, it wasn’t intentional. I wasn’t trying to hurt nobody. I understand he had to use some force ’cause he might be worried, but the situation escalated when he took me into a private classroom with no cameras and continued to use force.”

Sosa said that he and the principal had joked around before and had no beef with each other.

Camila, the sister of Sosa said, “He did tell all of us he was just going to hug the principal. He wasn’t going to harm him in any way and if he really wanted to harm the principal in any way he would have to do the RKO move from a distance. Like you just can’t walk up to somebody and grab him by the neck and drop him.”

On Thursday, during the first court appearance of the 18-year-old, the defense attorney said that the arrest report is ‘hands down one of the most insane’ he had ever seen in his life.

Defense Attorney Roy Ugarte, later on, explained the difference of WWE and Greco-Roman and did mention that the WWE s staged for entertainment purposes.

Attorney Ugarte added, “Sosa should have been placed in detention and not arrested.”

Mike, the brother of 18-year-old Sosa said that he feels like the charges against his brother were really harsh.

He said, “It feels like he’s being charged with something he does not deserve. My brother is a nice guy and all he wanted was play around and make people feel happy about themselves. My brother is not the type of guy who goes out like this and is not a thug on the streets.”

The Office of Communications for Miami-Dade Schools released a statement for the incident, it said, “Miami-Dade County Public Schools works diligently to cultivate a safe learning and working environment for students and staff. It’s unfortunate that anyone would instigate a situation for self-promotion that could bring harm to others. Instances of disruptive and threatening behaviour will be handled swiftly and result in severe consequences. In addition to an arrest, the student’s lack of judgement will result in disciplinary actions in accordance with our Code of Student Conduct.”
