Police Report: On Tuesday, a 30-year-old Man got killed after he and his scooter got crushed and was dragged under a truck for 100 meters near the Kashmere Gate in northern Delhi.

Reports say that the speeding truck hit the scooter that was being driven by the 30-year-old man near the Yamuna Bridge on Tuesday morning. The friend of the man, who was traveling with him on his scooter, also attained injuries in the accident.

The police said that they got a call about the accident by 5 AM on Tuesday morning. The police added that the man was dragged by the truck and got stuck under its tires. The driver of the truck left the spot after the accident.

The 30-year-old man and his friend were rushed to the nearest hospital, officials said that the 30-year-old man was dead upon arrival.
