DIGITAL INDIA A FIGHT AGAINST TOUTS: PM

Prime minister Narendra Modi on Friday said that Digital India is a fight against brokers and the common man that will not only help to eliminate black money from the market but will also generate the huge job opportunities in small town and rural areas as well. PM Modi also added in his statement about the use of RuPay. He even pushed Indians for using RuPay which is the Indian version of credit/debit card. When other related cards are used the transaction or processing fee goes to foreign companies. Whenever person do payment through RuPay (that is debit cards/credit cards), the money remains in India and that is used for cultivation as development works and many of infrastructure projects and the Prime Minister Modi also said in his statement that people made fun when he talked about making digital India or digital payment through debit cards and credit cards and many other in the nation where people used to debt money underneath the pillow and allotment of limited supply of money could not be availed without common man. Narendra Modi also cleared to the complainers that beneficiaries explained their experience to him how services are reaching directly to the person and PM Modi said to his statement that some people are spreading rumors like money is not safe when it is used digitally, he said adding such kind of disloyalty will be hatched as he has created difficulty for common man. “Digital India is a fight with touts,” PM Modi said “Digital India has checked black money and black marketing and uprooted middlemen” Modi also said that from booking rail ticket to paying bills and availing government services like pensions that are giving evidence of existence digitally, people are being legitimized of it. “People may or may not see, but the country is changing,” PM said. Digital India is about literacy, enrollment, entrepreneurship, and endorsement. “Digital India will help realize the objective of reform, perform, transform,” he said. “The action is towards more digital payments is linked to dispose of the middlemen,” he also said. Modi further added on RuPay card with patriotism. “Not everyone can go and fight on the borders’’. Prime minister also said that ‘’using RuPay is also a kind of national service’, adding more than 50 crore RuPay cards have been issued in less than four years of its launch. RuPay is bringing a revolutionary change in digital payments. The card is not just being used in India but abroad as well, he also narrated how he used RuPay to buy some goods during his recent visit to Singapore.
