On 25th July 2018, Board of the controller of examination of Dr Borooah Cancer Institute publicly showed the need of eligible candidates (totally on contractual basis). The requirement is mainly for the project “Regional Satellite Centre of Tobacco Quitline Services at Dr B Borooah Cancer Institute, Guwahati” which is sponsored by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
In accordance with the official notification of Dr B Borooah Cancer Institute Recruitment 2018, there are 2 vacancies for Supervisor Post and 22 Vacancies for Counsellor Post. Those who will qualify the examination will be given a consolidated salary of Rs. 30,000/- and Rs. 25,000/- per month respectively for Supervisor and Counsellor. The first and foremost basic eligibility criteria are age limit which in both the cases is 18 Years (minimum) and 38 years (maximum).
On an above-mentioned date, interview of only shortlisted candidates will be held on 09th August 2018 in morning in the conference Hall of the institute. And, in this quite fast recruitment procedure, by 13th August 2018 selected candidates will have to join in given time. At the time of the release of Official Notification, Director of Dr B Borooah Cancer Institute has clearly mentioned that Board will not release any special Call Letter under this recruitment.
