The news came up from the cyber hub Gurugram. The 18-year-old teenage girl raped by a friends father at his apartment in the Belaire. It’s the high-end posh apartment in Gurugram.

 

 

Victim girl told police that, the man seemed to planned this rape before. As he compelled her to consume hard liquor with dinner.

The 18-year-old victim filed the case against the friend father. In her complaint to police, she said, she had never consumed alcohol in her life. However, her friend’s father ordered alcoholic drinks for her and her daughter.

I realised that the uncle had planned the whole thing before in his mind, that’s why he made us consume hard drinks. She said my mother gave me permission for dinner only because my friend’s father was coming with us. It is the statement made by the victim girl in the first information report.

The incident took place on Friday. The friend’s father who has businessmen raped her in the early hours of Friday. Accused men pulled her into his room when she was sleeping next to her friend’s room.

 

 

Victim statement to police

I could not understand what is going on. He pulled me into his room and locked the room. He forced himself on me when I start screaming he threatened to kill me if I shout or told anyone.
After the victim girl has filed the complaint, police officials take quick action. 45-year-old accused men were under arrest by police on Friday. While on Saturday court sent charged to Bhondsi Jail.

Statement of Poonam Hooda

Poonam Hooda who is the station house officer of the women’s police station said, accused wife also filed a complaint against him in recent past, at sector 53 police station. His wife files the complaint about misbehaving and cruelty. However, no case was registered.

On Saturday accused was presented to the court with his lawyer. Accused wife and daughter were not present in the courtroom.

 

 

When contacted on the phone the accused wife replied with the text message sometimes men are implicated because of their weakness. Very challenging to find out what the truth is.
