This Guy Sent A Text To His Mom Which Failed And It Broke The Internet!

Since the mobile phones established, human life has become easier, isn’t it? The mobile phone is one of the humankind’s most creative inventions. Depending upon the development of the technology, Mobile phones have been through many transitions.

The latest versions of the mobile phones are manufactured with many features which have even become complicated. One of the features that have made things even complicated is ‘Auto Correct’. It is a feature that automatically corrects or suggests for mistakes in the spelling or grammar we type.

Though it corrects the spelling we type, it also makes things worse sometimes and did for a lot of people. It functions by automatically trying to figure out what you’re trying to type without you having typed it yet. If anything goes wrong, the entire meaning of the sentence changes. Sometimes, before you get to know, the message is already sent! Then you feel embarrassed yourself.

Here’s the same happened with Jeet Patel, a resident of San Antonio and a freshman at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). This guy was in deep trouble but later he escaped from that. He then posted about the incident on Twitter which has gone viral within no longer. Here goes the incident.

During a conversation, when his mom asked him, “Where are u?” he replied, “coming hoe”. His intention was to write ‘home’, but he ended up writing ‘hoe’ which is all because of Auto Correct. He immediately corrected his mistake that it as ‘home’. Ho/Hoe is a derogatory term for a woman; short for a prost*tute or wh*re; ho is an alternate spelling for “hoe”. No guy in the right mind would say that to his mother.

Jeet shared the screenshot of a conversation with his mother with a caption – “I saw my life flash before my eyes”.
