Scott Russo, a man from Lincoln, California accidentally left his back gate open, and when he came back he was really shocked to see what was inside his backyard.

The man was welcomed by hundreds of sheep, here is a video of the sheep in his backyard:

Scott said that he opened the gate of his backyard so his daughters, who are 4 and 5-years-old, could take a closer look at his animals, and forgot to shut it back.

In the video above, the owner of the backyard could be seen trying to get the sheep out of his yard,  but instead, they decided to stay there and were even confused to find out where the exit is.

Erin, the wife of Scott said, “They quickly shuffled in and before we knew it, in the blink of an eye, there were hundreds in here and we just didn’t know what to do.”

Scott then heads out of the yard by using the exit with the hope that the herd will follow him, luckily this tactic worked for him.

While he did this, you can also see Erin, the wife of Scott, jumping on the trampoline and was waving a tambourine as she tried to scare the sheep out of their backyard.

The effort of Scott and Erin did work, in the last seconds of the video, you can see the sheep go out and head towards the empty land behind his home.
