A 16-year-old Girl was stripped naked, beaten up, and was filmed by her friend who was 3 years older than her. She tried to stop her friend from filming her, but he did not stop.

The incident happened in Gandhi Nagar, Hyderabad. Preliminary investigation shows that the 2 were in a relationship and both of them had consensual sex. Since the girl is still a minor, the term “consensual sex” will not apply and the man will be charged under several IPC cases.

The man believed that the 16-year-old girl was having other relationships with someone else as she was friendly with other people they know.

P Viswaprasad a Senior Police Officer said “There were no blade injuries on the girl but the boy had beaten and filmed her, after she stripped, with the intention of blackmail, to control her activities.”

The 16-year-old girl told her friends about what the boy did to her, the locals stepped up and beat up the boy. The boy was arrested by the local police afterwards.

On the basis of the complaint that was filed by the father of the 16-year-old, the boy will be charged under multiple IPC sections that includes rape, procuration of a minor, pornographic material relating to the survivor, and more. As of now, the police has registered the case as Kidnapping.
