IBPS PO Recruitment 2018: Vacancies Increased By 150 Today – Besides the fact that IBPS RRB Office Assistant 2018 Prelims Result will be out next month on www.ibps.in by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Board of Controller of Examination of 1975 founded recruitment body that was started with an aim to encourage the recruitment and placement of young graduates in public sector banks in India has increased vacancies in 4252 for Probationary Officers (PO) and Management Trainee (MT) posts.

AIR TIP: Earlier, only six banks were participating but now Punjab & Sindh Banks are also taking part in the recruitment procedure. Following which, 150 vacancies are increased.

Reportedly, 20 banks are participating in this recruitment procedure i.e. Vijaya Bank, United Bank of India, Union Bank of India, UCO Bank, Syndicate Bank, Punjab & Sind Bank, Punjab National Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Indian Overseas Bank, Indian Bank, IDBI Bank, Dena Bank, Corporation Bank, Central Bank of India, Canara Bank, Bank of Maharashtra, Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, Andhra Bank and Allahabad Bank etc.

Keeping previous recruitment data in mind, after releasing Call Letters for Interview for the post of PO/ MT, Provisional Allotment will be done in April 2019 and interview will be held in January/ February 2019. Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has also confirmed that preliminary examination dates are 13th, 14th, 20th and 21st October 2018. Whereas, 18th November 2018 will be the Mains Exam Date. Almost couple of weeks prior to Date of IBPS PO Prelims and Mains Examination, Call Letter/ Admit Card/ Permission Letter/ Hall Ticket will be made available online on an official website www.ibps.in.

Besides, Per Month Consolidated Salary of INR 37,360 – INR 38,700 (in hand), IBPS PO Recruitment 2018 selected candidates will also get Dearness Allowance, Special Allowance, HRA and CCA etc. Applications from 14th August 2018 onwards can only be filled online. Here, the Last date to fill IBPS PO 2018 Application Form is September 04, 2018. 

One hour will be given in IBPS PO Prelims Exam to solve 100 questions of 100 marks of Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude and English Language.
