ICMR – National Institute of Epidemiology Recruitment: Technician & Junior Nurse – On 26th August 2018, Director, ICMR – National Institute of Epidemiology informed about the shortage of six junior nurses, 12 and 8 technician III (field) for different projects, one technical assistant and one scientists B – (Medical/ Non-Medical). Place of Posting may be different but a place of written test and walk-in interview (in separate posts) will be same i.e. Room No. 412, Parivar Kalyan Bhawan, Sector 34 A, Chandigarh.

Those who will apply for Scientist B – (Medical/ Non-Medical) should be under 35 years of age and will be posted at Bhatinda/ Mansa in Punjab for HPV Vaccine Concurrent Evaluation Project. Volunteers for Technical Assistant Post should have a maximum age limit of 30 years and will be posted in Bhatinda/ Mansa in Punjab for HPV Vaccine Concurrent Evaluation Project. Those who are looking to become Technician – III (Field) will get monthly pay/ salary of Rs. 17,520/- and should be under 30 years of age and will be posted to Bhatinda/ Mansa in Punjab for HPV Vaccine Concurrent Evaluation Project.

Candidates who will willing to be a Junior Nurse should have a maximum age limit of 28 years and will be posted at Bhatinda, Hoshiarpur and Punjab for the project named – India Hypertension Management Initiative. At last, candidates looking to becoming Technician III Grade (Field) will be posted at Hoshiarpur and Bhatinda for Indian Hypertension Management Initiative. Besides acknowledging that All posts are contractual for the duration offered board has denied to provide the Travelling Allowance or Dearness Allowance and also has confirmed that institute can take back or withdraw all or few vacancies if it wishes so.
