IGNOU University Admission Notification – 2018 Cycle: Indira Gandhi National Open University, one of the Mega-Universities in the world, announced Admission to its Distance Education Academic Programmes for the Academic Cycle commencing – 2018.

MBA (Banking & Finance Programme): Applications are also invited for admission, developed collaboratively by the school of management studies, IGNOU and the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF), Mumbai. In order to seek admission to this Programme, a candidate should (a) be a graduate of not less than 3 year duration from a recognized university/ institution, (b) have passed the CAIIB Examinations of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance, Mumbai and awarded the requisite qualification/ credentials thereof by the Institute and (c) have been working in the Banking or Financial Services Sector for a period of at least two years.

Applications are also invited for OPENMAT-XLIII (entrance test for admission to Management Programme – 2018). Student handbook and prospectus of Management Programme – 2018 can be obtained from Director, Student Service Centre, IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi – 110068 OR from any of the regional centres, whose addresses are given on the website, on cash payment of Rs. 1000/-, Form No. 1 (for appearing in OPENMAT-XLIII) can also be downloaded from the website: www.ignou.ac.in and submitted along with a DD of Rs. 1050/- OPENMAT-XLIII. The scheme of fee exemption to the SC/ ST students would be extended – 2018 admission cycle for all academic programmes at Certificate Level (advanced, undergraduate and postgraduate; all academic programmes at Diploma Level, (advanced, undergraduate and postgraduate), which are not part of undergraduate and master levels academic programme; Bachelor Preparatory Programmes (BPP); freshly registered in BDP (Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science); freshly registered in BSW, BTS, BLIS and BCA.
