This Man Trolled IndiGo For Their Service And Their Reply Left Everyone In Splits
We all get frustrated at one point or the other when we come across any inconvenience especially while traveling. Shiv Aroor, who is India Today’s Defence Correspondent expressed his discomfort traveling in IndiGo on February 15.
He sarcastically tweeted to IndiGo Airlines for getting passengers to board their flight from the wrong doors. But the airline is too dumb to understand his tweet and got it in the other way wrong. The reply from official twitter handle will leave you in splits.
He tweeted to IndiGo Airlines for getting passengers to board their flight from the wrong doors. Have a loo at his tweet.
Well done @IndiGo6E Flight 6E4206! Boarding front row passengers from the back & vice versa! Way to ensure on-time service! 👍🏽👌🏽👏🏽🤦🏽♂️

Aroor’s frustration was unfortunately lost on the airlines who instead of understanding his complaint took his words in a positive sense and tweeted back.
Thanks for kind words, Shiv. We wish you a comfortable flight. 🙂

Aroor once again took to twitter and posted a screen shot of the response while jokingly adding “Deleting my account.”

The situation didn’t get better as Indigo initial mess up led to further delay and made Aroor miss a crucial event that he was going to attend. He came up with another tweet blaming IndiGo.
Awesome, @IndiGo6E! Your superb boarding has ensured we can’t take off — #AeroIndia2017 jets now in the air, airspace closed. 👍🏽👌🏽👏🏽🤦🏽♂️

Like Aroor, there are some other frustrated passengers and joined Aroor and started complaining about IndiGo’s service and failure to understand passengers complain.
their management is getting worse day by day. Had done web check in but still had to stand in the line for an hour.

Finally, it’s high time for IndiGo to understand the complaint and took the matter ahead.
