Kannada actor or the Sandalwood Real star Upendra is well known to many people for his unique acting style. He recently made an announcement that he is going to start a political party on Tuesday i.e on 31^st October 2017. He announced his new party at Gandhi Bhavan located in Bengaluru.

He named the new party as ‘Karnataka Pragnyavantha Janatha Paksha’ and in short as KPJP. This party is launched in the presence of family and many others including his fans.  This party of Upendra is launched just a day before Karnataka Rajyostsava celebrations.

He launched this party with a motto to improve thing that is in the present situation and invited everyone who has ideas to form a better society.

Upendra speaking on this occasion has invited the people to join the party and his main aim through this party is to provide good health services, good education, and infrastructure for all of these things to happen.

Upendra said, “People in this country should not be worried about their health and I feel every citizen should get a health insurance. Likewise, education should be free for all and we need better infrastructure.”

Upendra also said, “You may say that there are only six months for the elections and that we may not win. Making an effort to bring in change is important. Giving up is not a choice.”

Upendra is seen very anxious to form his own party and change the state from the next elections.
