Koena Mitra Slams Sonam Kapoor For Blaming An Entire Religion
Asifa Bona, 8-year-old girl from Kathua was sedated, brutally gang raped and murdered. The incident has sparked massive outrage in the region and has sent shockwaves across the country. Many Indians have taken to the streets, Facebook, and Twitter to express shock, grief, and fury over the situation. The case has sparked some incredibly depraved responses on social media.
Many celebrities like Priyanka Chopra, Anushka Sharma, Akshay Kumar, Swara Bhaskar and many others have demanded swift justice for the girl. Sonam Kapoor few days back tweeted about the brutal rape and murder of Asifa. She also slammed the Hindus who protested in defence of the culprits.

However, Actress Koena mitra is not happy. She is unhappy that the outrage is being given a communal twist. She also asked why people stayed silent on other recent rape cases.
Koena Mitra blasted at Sonam Kapoor for mentioning “fake Hindus” in her tweet. She questioned how Sonam can blame an entire religion for Kathua case. She further asked to make comments on other rapes happening around the country, where victims are Hindus. Koena demanded justice for all by tweeting the screenshots of news reports of other rape cases in Assam which did not get that much coverage from the media and film industry.
