This time, The state council of educational research and training already finalised that it is not going to keep any negative marking system thus zero marks would be awarded for every incorrect and unattempted question. While complete one mark will be awarded for the correct answers. For category, I and Category II, written test by Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test has been successfully held on 20th October 2018. While for Category III and Category IV, Board of the controller of examinations, the state council of educational research and training will organised written test on 27th October 2018.

From 6th September 2018 to 15th September 2018, Online Application Form filling procedure started and the last date for apply online respectively. On 11th October 2018, Admit Card for upcoming Category I, category II, category III and category IV examinations were released.
