Here is a video in which a two-year-old boy had experienced a close encounter with a lion at the Chiba Zoological Park in Japan. In the video shot this week, the boy was seen looking at the lion from a glass shield. The boy and a lion observe each other for a moment. Once he turned back, the lion took its position and charged on to the little boy.

The lion ends up slamming into the glass as there is a glass shield as the protection, the lion couldn’t do anything. The boy was seen scared of lion charging on him. The zookeepers explained that the lion often gets excited upon seeing children and reacts in such a way.

The zoo set up the glass display last April to allow visitors to get a closer look at the lions.
