A man from Biharsharif strangled his wife to death with a towel for having an illicit relationship with someone, later on, the man surrenders to the police and confesses the crime.

SHO Deepak Kumar said that Hasrat Kamal from Kaghzi Mohalla informed a police officer at the Biharsharif Police Station that he killed his wife Ruqaiya Bano with a towel.

SHO Deepak Kumar said, “Hasrat has told police that his wife continued her extramarital affairs despite several warnings, leaving him with no other option but to kill her.”

The SHO added, “Upon reaching Hasrat’s house, the police found the 30-year-old woman lying dead in her bed. The body was later sent to Biharsharif Sadar Hospital for an autopsy.”

Ruqaiya Bano and Hasrat have a 4-year-old son, she is also the second wife of Hasrat.

Officials said that the first wife of Hasrat did not have any kid with him.
