Indian Railways Providing Medical Assistance & Meals To Indore-Patna Express Accident Victims
Fourteen coaches of the Indore Patna Express train derailed near Pukhrayan in Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh, early Sunday morning. Union Minister of Railways, Suresh Prabhu said that strictest possible action would be taken against those found responsible for the accident.
Compensation For The Families Affected In The Accident:
Along with him, PM Modi and Madhya Pradesh’s CM also announced compensation for the families affected by the accident.

The Ministry of Railways is doing its best to comfort the victims of the accident. The Ministry has started providing medical assistance, food packets, combo meal & Rail Neer bottle.

They also made arrangements for a special train for the victims. Rescue operations into the derailment of the Indore-Patna Express are complete taking the death toll to 145, the police said Monday. Over 200 people, many with grievous injuries, were extricated from the train and admitted to nearby hospitals.
