India Prime Minister Narendra Modi has visited the US for his first face-to-face meeting with the President Donald Trump. However, US President Donald Trump and his wife Melania welcomed Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday at the White House.

Both the leaders shook their hands, hugged and smiled in what was their first-ever meeting. While the shutterbugs waited to capture Modi and Trump in one frame, it was Melania who stole the limelight.

Cost Of Melania Trump’s Yellow Gown:

First Lady Melania Trump stepped out wearing a bright yellow Emilio Pucci gown and it is said to be retailed for $2,160 (Rs 1,39,180 approximately).

Melania, who generally sticks to a uniform of sheath dresses, fit and flare frocks and classic eveningwear, chose to don a floral dress.

The Slovenian model wore the belted floral-print crepe gown to greet the India PM Narendra Modi with her husband. According to Vogue, the bright yellow floral-print floor-skimming crepe gown by Emilio Pucci had a few key components of Melania’s established style.

The contrast belt at the waist provided a nod to Melania’s military-inspired wardrobe and defined the silhouette. Add to the effortlessly stunning look was her pink suede stilettos and the diamond ring.

President Donald Trump congratulated Modi for leading his country toward economic prosperity and praised him for being ‘such a great Prime Minister’. Narendra Modi is the first foreign dignitary to be hosted for dinner by President Trump at the White House.

During the meet, Trump joked that he and Modi are both ‘world leaders in social media’ during a joint news statement. Modi recalled Trump’s visits to India long before he was president and said he was looking forward to collaborating with him now.
