MGSU Bikaner Latest News: Maharaja Ganga Singh University – Just after world’s largest open university – Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) announced that it’s going to waive off the tuition fees of transgender students. At the same time, opening it’s doors to those who belong to third gender or transgenders, Maharaja Ganga Singh University administration cum Board of Controller of Examination department made the announcement on 6th November 2017 that it won’t be charging a single penny of fees from transgender University.MGSU Bikaner Latest News
