MP Polls: Smaller parties gear up to take on BJP, Congress

The assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh are going to be held at the end of this year 2018. It looks like there is a lot of competition between two biggest political parties Congress and BJP in MP assembly Election, As currently BJP is ruling in Madhya Pradesh but for the upcoming assembly elections, there are smaller parties that are gearing up to take on BJP.
As , Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections, are going to be held in end of the year 2018, to elect members from its 230 constituencies in Madhya Pradesh , So there are some smaller parties like the Bahujan Samaj Party that led by Mayawati, the Samajwadi Party, the Aam Aadmi Party, the Gondwana Ganatantra Party and the newly floated SAPAKS Samaj and many others are preparing and getting ready to test their lucks regarding upcoming MP Polls 2018.

since 2003, The Congress, in opposition has named its veteran leader and former Union minister Kamal Nath as the new state president as part of its lots of attempts to make the party strongest and remove the BJP from power.
Although, many changes have been done by Bjp in its organization leading of the polls. the Lok Sabha MP Rakesh Singh from Jabalpur who has an extensive organizational experience, as its state unit chief has been designated by the BJP.

The poll bugle has also been sounded by the AAP as the 39 candidates have been announced leading the Election, stealing a march over others, at least in the selection of competitor.

With regard to upcoming Loksabha Election, Aam Aadmi Party said that party will give competition to all the 230 constituencies in MP. On July 15, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will address a meeting at Indore.
Apart from this, a group of the Janata Dal that is led by former Union minister Sharad Yadav is working on stitching a broad league with parties such as the GGP, which has pockets of impact in tribal areas, and its breakaway faction, the Bharatiya Gondwana Party.

The Samanya Pichhada Evam Alpsankhyak Varg Samaj which is better known as SAPAKS Samaj has also decided to contest all the 230 seats in MP. SAPAKS Samaj is an organization that was born out against the government’s reservation policy in jobs, promotions, and education,
Although, these smaller parties will not affect the BJP in the state and even it thinks the presence of such parties will give benefit to BJP.
Regarding the upcoming polls of MP, BJP spokesperson Rajnish Agrawal said, “Politics in Madhya Pradesh is largely confined to two major parties, the BJP and the Congress. Their (smaller parties) presence will benefit the BJP as they will divide the votes of the main opposition party (Congress),”.
Rajnish Agrawal further added that “If the Congress goes with the BSP, it will benefit the latter and not the former. All of them will cut into the votes of the Congress and their presence will prove to be advantageous for the BJP,”.
If we look the result of last assembly election in MP,  The BJP had won 165 seats and has beaten Congress with 58 seats.
