Watch: Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s Haraamkhor Trailer Is Finally Here And Looks Intriguing
Nawazuddin Siddiqui is back with a twisted tale of love and innocence, the kind that suits Nawaz’s talent the most. The trailer of Haraamkhor starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Shweta Tripathi is finally out and it looks intriguing. Directed by Shlok Sharma, Haraamkhor revolves around a small town teacher Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his illicit relationship with one of his female students played by Shweta Tripathi.
Haraamkhor was stuck with the Censor Board on grounds of having an ‘objectionable’ theme. Haraamkhor was screened for the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) in July last year, the film was banned by the censor board because it was deemed “too provocative”. Among the awards Haraamkhor has won so far is the Silver Gateway of India trophy at the 2015 Mumbai International Film Festival and a Best Actor Award for Siddiqui at the New York Indian Film Festival.
the main characters of the film: the teacher, the student, the small boy who has a crush on the same girl and his friend who helps him and the teacher’s wife. It’s great to see Nawazuddin back in action in a role that showcases his range as an actor. Releasing on January 13, Haraamkhor can start the new year off on a great note.
