The news first appeared on official twitter handle for NIOS. According to official website www.nios.ac.in, National Institute of Open Schooling is an Autonomous Institution under Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. It is the largest open schooling System in the world.

NIOS declared few candidates as passed of the tenth and twelfth standard who didn’t even take the examinations. Exact statement in FIR appeared like “The Answer Sheets of the secondary and higher secondary examinees did not bear the NIOS logo,” thus, things were manipulative here.
