Northeast Frontier Railway Medical Practitioner Recruitment 2018: Apply Online – Northeaster Frontier Railway press notification has disclosed that Walk-In-Interview for the post of Medical Practitioner on a full-time contract basis on Alipurduar Division of Northeast Frontier Railway will be held. Date of Interview is 27th September 2018, time of interview is 10 AM, venue of interview is – Office of chief medical superintendent, Alipurduar Division, NF Railway, number of posts is 01 for contract Medical Practitioner (full time), Name of the station and name of the Hospital is Division Railway Hospital/ Alipurduar Junction and required discipline is Anesthesiologist.

The appointment will be on full-time contract basis for a period not exceeding one year or till replaced by Union Public Service Commission selected doctors, whichever is earlier, for the specified stations only. The contract shall be liable to be terminated by giving 15 days notice by either side, without assigning any reasons, or if the contract medical practitioner is mentally/ physically incapacitated. The contract appointment shall not confer any right for regularization or absorption in the post.

The number of annual terms for engagement of CMPs is enhanced from 10 terms to twelve terms on year to year basis or till attaining the age of sixty years whichever is earlier and each term of engagement shall not exceed more than one year. A candidate should not exceed sixty years of age as on 1st September 2018. The contract medical practitioner shall produce certificates of his/ her character and antecedents from two gazetted officers of the central/ state government.
