“Since 1947, when India got Independence, no Prime Minister has visited the birthplace of Chandrashekhar Azad and PM Modi is the first one to reach there,” Indore Divisional Commissioner, Sanjay Dube said.

Everything was going well in this visit until an incident took place which left the security agencies a little worried. On his way to Bhabra, the Prime Minister’s convoy was passing through a Muslim dominated area.

A crowd of hundreds of Muslims on the road surrounded the convoy to get a glimpse of Modi. And then they started chanting Modi Modi” on top of their voice. The security agencies got a little worried as to what to do at that moment.

The whole scene was so mesmerizing that PM Modi came out and met with the group of Muslims in the crowd. Seeing their enthusiasm and cheer, Modi decided to defy protocol and get down from his car. He greeted the senior members of the community in a warm manner, waved at others who were raising slogans in his support. And as expected, it increased the enthusiasm and excitement among people.
