Rahul Gandhi Asks Congress Workers In Odisha To Help Those In Need As Cyclone Fani Approaches And Prays Fays For Their Safety

The President of Congress, Rahul Gandhi, tweeted on Thursday and urged his fellow party men to help those people who are in need in Odisha as Cyclone Fani is approaching. He also prayed for their safety.

Rahul Gandhi tweeted, “As #CycloneFani approaches, I urge Congress workers in Odisha, Andhra & West Bengal to warn people in their surrounding areas of the approaching danger & to help those in need.”

He added, “Stay safe. This danger will soon pass. You are in my thoughts & prayers tonight.”

The Indian Meteorological Department said that Cyclone Fani will hit Odisha, Gopalpur, and Chandbali with the speed of 170-180 kilometers per hour.

According to ECoR (East Coast Railways), 103 trains have been canceled in the state.

West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh are also going to be affected by Cyclone Feni, heavy rains in the states are expected.

Mamata Banerjee, the WB Chief Minister will be in Kharagpur for 2 days to supervise the situation in Odisha and other states that are going to be affected by the cyclone.
