Police Report: A 30-year-old who sexually assaulted a 12-year-old boy gets life imprisonment by the POCSO Court (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences), he sexually assaulted the boy in a village in the district of Kota, Rajasthan.

Munesh was sentenced to life imprisonment on Thursday, he was a resident of the Takarwara Village.

Munesh was also fined with INR 70,000.

In 2017, Munesh sexually assaulted a 12-year-old boy after he brought him in an isolated place near the Jhadol Village.

The parents of the 12-year-old boy filed a complaint against Munesh and an FIR was lodged under the IPC and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
