The school named Rabea Girl’s Public School locked up students who did not pay there monthly fee. The age of those locked up girls was around 4-5 years.

This incident took place on Monday , 9th July.When the parents of these kinder garden kids went to pick them up at lunch that is at 12 pm , they were informed by the school staff that their kids were locked up because of unpaid due. and also informed that their attendance were marked absent.

The parents were very angry on the schools behaviour and filed a case against the school at Hauz Qazi police station. A case was booked on the school management under section 342(wrongful confinement) and JUVENILE JUSTICE ACT section 75 (cruelty to child) of the IPC .

“We have sent a notice to the school principal. We will also record the statements of all concerned parents,” said the police.

 

The parents clam that the fee was already paid but school management failed to update there database and made this cruel move.They also shown the receipt of the fee paid to the school.

Principal told that teachers might not have got the update of students fee status, which was to be given earlier .

The parents alliged that the children were locked up in basement for five hours, where the temperature touched 40 degree celsius .

 

The school authorities told that The girls were sent to recreation room and not the basement.

The complaint, wrote in FIR about misbehaveor of the  head mistress who told that she will forcefully throw us out of the school.

 

what education system we are entertaining in INDIA ?!! What is the job of a Teacher and what are they doing! I think goverment schools have much eligible teachers than any private school and every parent should send their child to a govt school instead..
