Second Pakistani Terrorist (Javed) Caught Alive By Security Forces In Jammu and Kashmir

The India Pakistan issue is always been a big task for the Indian government. There had been number of times where Pakistan had crossed the rules and had attacked the Indian Army. As a result, Indian Army had caught a terrorist Naveed Yakub less than a month ago and he was talking bad about the country. Another terrorist Javed Ahmed alias (Sajjad and Abu Ubedullah) from Muzaffargarh in Pakistan had been caught on Thursday by Jammu and Kashmir Security Forces.

Security forces nabbed the 22-year-old terrorist and killed three others in an encounter in Rafiabad of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district, security forces said. “He told us his name is Sajad and Javed alias Abu Ubaidullah and is a resident of Muzaffargarh of Pakistan’s Balochistan,” said a police official. The encounter took place in the forest area of Viji under Panzulla police station in Sopore.

Javed allegedly entered India with his four companions through the Uri town. The group was intercepted in Uri, but they managed to escape. They were spotted again last evening, hiding in a cave in the Rafiabad area around 18 km from the Line of Control and 70 km from Srinagar. One terrorist was killed yesterday and three more were shot dead in the daylong encounter. The captured terrorist has been taken to an interrogation centre in Srinagar.

The terrorist is being shifted to Srinagar and the search operation to find the other militants is ON, an official said. The 22 year old militant was the second person to be caught in this month after violent attacks in Jammu and Kashmir. Lashkar e-Taiba operative Naveed was caught on August 5 after an attack on a Border Security Force convoy in Udhampur area in Jammu division.

Those militants were trapped in Rafiabad’s Vijay Top forest on Thursday and Sajjad is one of them. “As the search party intensified their operations, the militants tried to break the cordon but were engaged in an encounter by the army,” said an army official. Naveed, who was in the Kashmir Valley for nearly two months before the attack, has revealed crucial details to investigators, including that he was trained in camps run by the terror group Lashkar e-Taiba in Pakistan.

Naveed revealed that he trained for three months to carry out attacks in India. Thus Indian security forces were quite sure that to collect some more information even from Sajjad.
