No matter how many critical steps are taken, sexual harassment and molestation are always crucial problems in today’s corporate and other professional sectors. Kicking aside the academics, proper morale is mandatory and many people are actually missing it.
On the other hand, in a way to beat the problem in a better way, Woman empowerment is a must. Despite the various laws and amendments that almost turned out to be favorable in women’s sides, we are utterly unable to gain expected progress.
Another unfortunate incident took place in a 5-star hotel, and the victim, a 33-year-old woman executive at a hotel in Delhi’s Aerocity has accused the hotel’s security manager of molesting and trying to disrobe her on her birthday late last month.

This was actually seen later in the hotel’s CCTV footage, the woman alleged that she complained to the hotel’s HR officials, but instead of acting against the security manager, they sacked her, following that she approached the police with a complaint early this month, three days after the alleged crime.
As of now, the accused is not arrested and when asked about this, a police officer was quoted saying, “A case of molestation has been registered and legal action is being taken. We may arrest the accused soon.”
The victim who is a married woman has told that the manager was trying to develop physical relations with her from past few months and she has been restricting the same, added that later on her birthday (last month) he tried to buy a gift for him for which she refused, and the infuriated manager pulled her sitting on the wheel chair.

Regarding the details of the event, the woman complained it to the Human Resources manager, to everyone’s surprise, the victim herself is ousted from the hotel. A police official said, “But it turns out that the woman was fired and the accused continues to remain on the job.”
