News, Twitter: Indian socialite Shobhaa De’s love affair with the Rio Olympics is just not coming to an end.

Earlier De had criticized India’s Olympics contingent’s performance at Rio Olympics, which witnessed a severe backlash, not just from the fans but also from several celebrities including Virender Sehwag and Abhinav Bindra.

And now, she has made yet another controversial tweet and this time, her target is none other than the Indian Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar.

Recently, Indian Rio Olympic heroes, PV Sindhu, Dipa Karmakar, Sakshi Malik and badminton coach Pullela Gopichand were honored with BMWs by Sachin Tendulkar in a felicitation ceremony in Hyderabad.

But Shobha seems to be unhappy about the expensive prizes been given away to felicitate Indian Olympic stars and she saw this as a mere advertising campaign for BMW.

In the first tweet she wrote, “Here’s a small, annoying but pertinent question: Did Sachin T pay for the BMWs he ‘gave away ‘ to Rio athletes?”

She wasn’t done with one and fired another after a few hours.
