Smriti Irani Calls Herself Fat And Shares Pictures Of Her ‘Chai Pakoda’ Which Relates Us To All

Yoga has gained its prominence from past couple of years, with earnest support from the government, aiming sound mental and physical state of body, June 21st of every year is celebrated as International Yoga Day. Prominent personalities like Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Baba Ramdev actively participates in the Yoga Events in order to bring awareness to people regarding the maintenance of sound health.

Many prominent people actively played their role in prevailing the importance of Yoga, it is Smriti Irani that the Internet seems to be connecting the most with. While the PM advocated the physical and mental wellness that inculcating yoga sessions into one’s daily routine will bring, Irani’s posts, on the other hand, have left people in splits.

She was on of those thousands of people who came together to perform yoga at Himachal Pradesh’s Hamirpur, led by Art of Living Foundation founder Sri Ravi Shankar. As she got down to doing stretching and deep-breathing exercises, she did not forget to post a picture of her stretching making a joke on herself. On her Instagram account, she posted:

“Who said fat can’t be flexible?”

But, Insta users didn’t agree with her opinion, one of them went forward saying “Mam But who says you are fat. You are healthy fit and flexible, as being too skinny is not a sign of great fitness.”

After the event, the minister then took on to her Twitter and reprised that she is always the best bahu, like in her past TV serial’s, she posted a picture of Chai Pakodas and her post is quite relatable to every common Indian, as everyone prefers the same snacks after any work.
