Export-Import Bank (EXIM) of India is the premier export finance institution in India, established in 1982 under the Export-Import Bank of India Act 1981 has issued and published an advertisement in newspapers which stated that Super Star Rajni Kanth’s property which are mortgaged with them are about to be auctioned.

EXIM bank held back for the given time to repay the debt to Lata Rajni Kanth, although Lata Rajni Kanth who borrowed 22 crores from bank failed to turn up in the stipulated time and duration thus the EXIM bank has moved ahead to auction their properties and permanent assets which were mortgaged with them. Sources close to Rajni Kanth and his family stated that they were neither reminded of the lapse time of the debt which was supposed to be made by the bank and they should has approached them before taking such measures. EXIM Bank in Chennai released an official notice stating that they are about to auction Rajni Kanth’s properties. Banks have the right to auction the assets of the person if they fail to pay the loan. The auction list of the Bank has two acres of Kanchipuram is in the list of properties and the two acres are likely to be auctioned. The advertisement of the auction was published in a newspaper. Super Star Rajni Kanth who has the capability of paying the as huge as any star can do in Asia as he is the highest paid actor in Asia after Jackie Chan and is regarded as the most felicitated cultural icon.
